Usain Bolt is a famous runner. He is from Jamaica. He is the fastest man in the world. He runs one hundred meters in less than ten seconds. This is incredible. When he runs, he looks like lightning. Michael Phelps is a swimming hero. He is from the United States. He has won the most Olympic medals in history. He is very tall and has long arms. This helps him swim fast. Sports heroes are not just famous. They are also kind people. Many sports heroes help poor children. They give money to charity. They visit hospitals. They teach sports to young people. They use their fame to do good things. This makes them true heroes.

These athletes work very hard. Their life is not easy. They train early in the morning. They train late at night. They follow a strict diet. They cannot eat whatever they want. They must sleep enough. They must rest their bodies. They sacrifice many things for their sport.

Sports heroes sometimes get injured. Injuries are painful. They must stop playing for weeks or months. This is very sad for them. But they do not give up. They do rehabilitation exercises. They come back stronger. This shows their mental strength.

I admire sports heroes. I want to be like them. I know I must work hard. I must practice every day. I must eat healthy food. I must never give up. Maybe one day I can be a sports hero too.
