The mental health stand was quieter than the music stage outside . A counsellor said talking to someone should feel safer than keeping any worry alone . She gave some cards with phone numbers and said help was closer than many people believe . I met my neighbour Ana near the water station . She said the fair was more practical than she expected . We drank some water and agreed we would share any useful tips with friends who could not come today . Before leaving I visited a booth about first aid .
