Dear Martin , I hope everything is going smoothly with your new job in Leeds and that you are settling in comfortably . I am writing to catch up after an incredibly hectic but productive week here in Manchester . Between moving into my new studio flat , starting university lectures , and organizing my study schedule , I have barely had a quiet moment to sit down . Now that the major administrative tasks are completed , I can finally focus on exploring the city and enjoying weekend activities . I bought a warm waterproof winter jacket yesterday , tried it on in the shop , and found it fits perfectly for unpredictable northern weather .
