У п'ятницю Марійка пише їм повідомлення: «Привіт! Я чекаю вас удома в суботу о третій годині. Будь ласка, приходьте». Олена відповідає: «Дякую за запрошення. Я прийду». Максим теж каже: «Я прийду».
У суботу Марійка з мамою готує кімнату. Вони ставлять на стіл тарілки, склянки й сік. Мама приносить великий торт. На торті дев'ять свічок. Марійка каже: «Торт дуже гарний».
О третій годині приходять Олена і Максим. Вони кажуть: «З днем народження, Марійко!» Марійка відповідає: «Дякую, що прийшли». Друзі їдять торт, п'ють сік і грають у гру.
Увечері Марійка кладе подарунки на полицю. Вона задоволена святом.
