У нашому саду росте стара яблуня. Вона дуже велика і має сильні гілки. Мій брат Артем завжди хотів мати там будиночок. Одного дня тато сказав:
— Добре, хлопці, давайте побудуємо його разом!

Ми дуже зраділи. Тато приніс багато дерев'яних дощок, молоток і довгі цвяхи. Ми з Артемом допомагали йому. Спочатку ми зробили підлогу. Це було найважче, бо треба було стояти на драбині. Тато тримав дошки, а ми подавали йому цвяхи.

— Тримайте міцно! — казав тато.

Потім ми почали будувати стіни. Ми вирішили зробити три стіни і одне велике вікно, щоб дивитися на сад. Артем приніс стару фарбу — зелену та жовту. Ми почали фарбувати наш будиночок. Артем випадково капнув фарбою на свою сорочку, але ми тільки посміялися.

Коли стіни висохли, ми зробили дах. Тепер наш будиночок був готовий! Але він був порожній. Мама допомогла нам прикрасити його всередині. Вона дала нам старий килим і маленькі подушки. Ми принесли туди свої іграшки та кілька цікавих коміксів.

Увечері ми з братом сиділи в нашому новому будиночку. Ми запалили маленький ліхтарик. З вікна ми бачили, як сонце сідає за ліс. У саду було тихо, тільки коники сюрчали у траві.

— Тепер це наш секретний штаб, — шепнув Артем.

Ми вирішили, що завтра запросимо нашого друга Ігоря. Ми будемо грати там у піратів або дослідників космосу. Побудувати будиночок було непросто, але працювати разом — це дуже весело.

Тепер кожну вільну хвилину ми проводимо на дереві. Навіть наша кішка Муся любить спати на м'яких подушках у нашому будиночку.
