Entregar paquetes

Ana delivers packages in Zaragoza. She stops the yellow van at a doorway with an envelope for Carmen Romero, third floor. She wants the envelope in Carmen's hand and Carmen's signature. Carmen's son opens the door, says his mother is out, and asks to take it and to sign. Ana refuses: on her route a document envelope does not stay at the door and does not pass to someone else. She names no hour and does not wait in the street. At other doors some people sign on the phone screen and some sign on paper; today there is no signature. She puts a note in the letter box, not the envelope, and puts the envelope back in the small-envelope box in the van. The envelope stays safe because the person at the door is not the person on the label.
