I am Emma . My family is going to move next month . We are going to leave our small flat and rent a bigger house near the park . Dad says we are going to pack everything on the last weekend of April . Mom is going to call the moving company tomorrow morning . She is going to ask about boxes and a small truck . My brother Jake is going to help us label every box in the kitchen and hallway . We are going to visit the new house again on Saturday . I am going to measure my bedroom wall for posters and shelves . Jake is going to check the garden behind the house for space to play . At school my friend Lily asked what we are going to do after the move . I told her we are going to live closer to her street . She smiled and said she is going to bike to my new house on weekends . Dad is going to paint the living room light grey next week . Mom is going to choose curtains for the big windows downstairs . We are going to buy a new sofa because the old one is too wide for the new room . Jake is going to share a room with me at first . Later he is going to get the small room near the stairs . I am going to put my desk near the window where the light is bright . Our neighbours are going to welcome us with a small party on the first evening . They are going to bring cake and fresh juice . We are going to introduce ourselves and say thank you for the warm welcome . Before the move I am going to say goodbye to my old room . I am going to take photos of the view from my window . Jake is going to keep his favourite toy box and carry it himself . On moving day we are going to wake up very early . Dad is going to drive the car behind the truck on the main road . Mom is going to carry plants carefully to the new garden at the back . We are not going to throw away our old books . We are going to donate them to the school library next door . Jake is going to pack his comics in a strong blue bag for the trip . Are we going to finish on one day ? Dad thinks we are going to need two full days . Mom says we are going to rest on Sunday evening after the hard work . I am going to miss our old street , but I am going to enjoy the new park nearby . We are going to make new memories in the house with the red door . Next month is going to feel exciting for our whole family .
