Monday , 12 May This week already feels busier than last week , and it is only Monday . I woke earlier than usual because the repair team arrived at seven . Their tools were louder than my alarm , so I made coffee stronger than yesterday's cup . Tuesday , 13 May Work was more intense than Monday . My inbox grew faster than I cleared it , and the meeting room was hotter than the open office . At lunch the salad was fresher than the sandwich I bought on Monday , but I ate quicker than I wanted because time was shorter than my break . Wednesday , 14 May I walked home slower than on Tuesday to calm my head . The park path was muddier than last week after rain , yet the air smelled cleaner than near the main road . A dog on the bench looked friendlier than the one that barked near the bridge . Thursday , 15 May Today felt longer than Wednesday even though the hours were the same . My project partner sent more detailed notes than before , which helped , but the final slide design looked duller than our first draft . I stayed later than planned to fix colours . Friday , 16 May Friday was lighter than Thursday . The team laughed more often than we did midweek , and the café downstairs was less crowded than at lunchtime . My evening yoga class was more relaxing than any screen time I tried last night . Saturday , 17 May I cleaned the flat more thoroughly than on the previous weekend . The floor is shinier than before , and the bookshelf looks more organized than the messy pile from Friday night . Still , the laundry basket is fuller than I expected for one person . Sunday , 18 May I compared this week with the last one in my notebook . Deadlines were tighter than before , yet I felt more capable than I did in April . Next week may be quieter than this one , but I will prepare earlier than I did on Sunday evening last time . Writing these lines helps me see more than stress at the surface . Some days are harder than others , but the whole week taught me that small routines are more steady than sudden bursts of energy .
