Nancy tiene el pelo largo de nailon. Sus ojos llevan párpados que se cierran cuando la muñeca está tumbada. Así parece que duerme.
El uniforme de la ficha es de Iberia. El diseñador Elio Berhanyer lo creó en 1972. El conjunto tiene una falda, una chaqueta y otras piezas.
El Museo del Traje conserva más de cien muñecas Nancy. Sus versiones permiten ver cambios en la moda y en la sociedad española.
En 2013, el museo celebró una exposición por los 45 años de Nancy. Veinticinco creadores españoles de moda diseñaron ropa nueva para ella.
