Sometimes we play basketball too. There is a basketball court in the park. The court has a hoop on each side. Basketball is different from football. In basketball, we use our hands. In football, we use our feet. I like both sports very much. My friend Mike is tall. He can jump high and put the ball in the hoop.
Playing sports with friends makes me happy. We laugh and talk together. After the game, we sit on the grass and rest. We drink water and eat fruit. Sometimes we go to a cafe together. We talk about the game. We say who played well. We plan the next game for next week.
Sports are good for health. Running makes my legs strong. Jumping makes my body fit. My doctor says sports are important. He says I should play sports every day. My parents agree. They say sports help me grow tall and strong. They are happy when I play with friends.
My friends are good players. We help each other. When someone falls down, we help them stand up. When someone is tired, we wait for them. We play fair. We do not fight. We shake hands before and after the game. This is good sportsmanship.
I want to play sports forever. I hope my friends want to play with me for a long time. We can make new games too. We can learn new sports together. Playing sports with friends is the best thing in my life.
