Ninth, sticks are used in some sports. Hockey players use sticks to hit the puck. Golf players use clubs to hit the ball. Lacrosse players use sticks with nets. These sticks are made of strong materials.
Tenth, whistles are used by referees. A referee blows the whistle to start or stop the game. Coaches also use whistles. The whistle sound is loud and clear. Everyone hears the whistle and knows what to do.
Using the right equipment is very important. It helps you play better. It keeps you safe. It makes sports more fun. Always check your equipment before playing. Make sure everything is in good condition. Ask your teacher or coach if you need help choosing equipment.
Sports equipment can be expensive. But you do not need everything at once. Start with basic equipment. You can buy more later when you play more often. Many schools have equipment for students. You can borrow equipment from friends too.
Remember that equipment is just one part of sports. Practice is more important. Skills come from practice, not from expensive equipment.
