You can visit the Bodleian Library or go for a walk by the river. Oxford is a quiet and intellectual place. It is only one hour from London by train.
Second, let us visit Liverpool. Liverpool is in the north of England. This city is near the sea. Liverpool is very famous for music. Do you know The Beatles? They were from Liverpool. You can visit the Cavern Club where they played their first songs. Liverpool also has a big port called Albert Dock. There are many museums and shops there. People in Liverpool are very friendly and they have a special accent called "Scouse." Liverpool is a very energetic city.
Third, we go to Bath. The city of Bath is in the west of England. Why is it called Bath? Because it has natural hot water under the ground! Two thousand years ago, the Romans built big baths here. You can visit the Roman Baths and see the green water. The city is also famous for its yellow stone buildings. It is a very romantic and elegant place. Many people like to walk in the streets and look at the old houses. Bath is very calm and peaceful.
Fourth, let us look at Brighton. Brighton is a city by the sea in the south of England. It is very different from Oxford or Bath. Brighton is a modern and colorful city. It has a big beach with small stones. There is a famous bridge over the sea called the Brighton Palace Pier. On this pier, there are games and food. Brighton also has the Royal Pavilion. This is a palace that looks like it is from India! Brighton is a great place to visit in the summer. You can eat ice cream and see the seagulls.
Finally, we visit Manchester. Manchester is a big city in the north. It is famous for industry and for sports. Do you like football? Manchester has two very big teams: Manchester United and Manchester City. You can visit the big stadiums. Manchester was also very important in the Industrial Revolution. There are many old factories that are now museums or flats. Manchester is a very multicultural city. You can find food from all over the world here. It has a big square called Albert Square with a very tall town hall.
