I am Mia . Last Thursday I waited for my cousin Leo at Central Station . His train was late , and the waiting room felt busy all afternoon . I was standing near the information board when the loudspeaker announced a delay . People were reading the screen , but the new time did not appear at first . Did the staff know what happened ? Nobody answered my question clearly . While I was buying tea , Leo sent a message from the train . He was sitting in a carriage without air conditioning because the system was not working . I was not working long because I wanted to talk with him . Last Thursday was slow at the station , but the evening felt warm at home . I was waiting , he was travelling , and we were finally together before midnight . I did not mind the delay when we were talking over soup .
