In addition , student lockers are inspected weekly by class tutors to ensure textbooks are organized safely . Next , substantial renovations across our athletic and scientific facilities are announced . Modern digital projectors were installed in four physics laboratories during half - term break , and thirty new microscope kits were purchased through a generous parent association grant . Furthermore , all indoor gymnasium floors were resurfaced with shock - absorbing polyurethane materials to minimize sports injuries during physical education lessons . Finally , exciting extracurricular opportunities for the winter term are described in detail . New drama , robotics , and chess clubs are offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons . If students participate in registered after - school clubs , complimentary late bus passes will be provided by the school administration office so everyone travels home safely .
