Nina wants an answer before lunch . She made the cover for a small booklet , and the printer is waiting for the file . Her team cannot stand around her desk . Two people are at home . Her manager is in the office , on another floor . So the meeting is a video call on Microsoft Teams , the app her company uses when people are not in the same room . The link is already in the chat . Nina clicks it from her kitchen table . Teams opens . She sees her manager and two colleagues , and a small box with her own name . Her camera is on , but the window is behind her , and her face looks dark . She turns the chair . The daylight is now on her face , and the others can see her . " Nina , can you hear us ? " her manager asks . She can hear every word , but they cannot hear her . The microphone icon has a line through it . She is muted . She clicks the icon . " Yes . Sorry . I was muted . " A bus passes in the street , so the room is not quiet . When she is not speaking , she mutes again . The call stays easier to follow . The cover is the reason for the meeting . Hearing about it is not enough . Nina wants them to see it . She clicks Share . The wrong window opens first : her email , with the morning messages . She stops the share at once . " That is not the booklet , " she says . She shares the cover instead . It is a white page , a blue title , and a photo of a bridge . Her manager looks at the screen . " The title is clear . Make the bridge a little larger . Then send the file in this chat . " Nina does not edit the picture while everyone is watching . She writes his words in a note . One colleague asks about a date inside the booklet . Nina does not know it , and she does not guess . " I will check and write it in the chat . " The manager nods . Nobody adds a second task . The meeting is only about the cover , and now the cover has an answer . She stops the share , mutes the microphone , and leaves the call . The kitchen is only a kitchen again . On her screen the bridge is still small . She makes it larger , saves the file , and puts it in the Teams chat , under the same link . The answer is one sentence . She already has it .
