After breakfast, I put on my school clothes. I wear a blue shirt and black pants. I pack my school bag. I check my books and my pencil case. I take my lunch box from the fridge. Mom puts a sandwich inside every day.
At seven forty, I leave the house. I walk to the bus stop with Tom. We wait for the yellow bus. The bus arrives at eight. I get on the bus and find a seat. Tom sits near the window. The bus drives through our street.
At school, I go to my classroom. I greet my teacher and my friends. I hang my coat on the hook. I open my notebook on the desk. The day starts with English class. I listen and write new words.
My friend Sara arrives late sometimes. She runs to the door and says sorry. Our teacher smiles and points to a chair. Sara sits down and opens her bag. She takes out her pen and starts to write.
Before lunch, we have math class. I count numbers on the board. Tom solves problems quickly. Sara asks questions when she needs help. The bell rings and we go to the cafeteria.
I eat lunch with my friends at a long table. We share stories about our morning. Tom tells a joke and we laugh. After lunch, I return to class. I read a short story in the library corner. The school day continues with art and music.
When school ends, I pack my bag again. I say goodbye to my teacher. Tom and I walk to the bus stop. We ride the bus home together. At home, I tell Mom about my day. She listens and asks about my classes.
Every evening, I do my homework at the kitchen table. I write sentences and read pages from my book. Tom plays near me with his toys. Mom cooks dinner while we study. This is my morning and my school day routine.
