At six, we eat dinner together. Dad talks about his office. Mom tells us about her walk in the park. I eat chicken and rice. Lily drinks milk from a blue cup. We finish our food and clear the table.
After dinner, I help wash the dishes. I dry plates with a soft towel. Dad washes pots in the sink. Lily wipes the table with a cloth. Mom stores leftover food in containers.
Then I do my homework in the living room. I read pages from my science book. I write answers to five questions. Dad reads the newspaper on the sofa. Lily colors pictures at a small desk.

This evening routine happens every night. My family works together and rests at home. We talk, eat, study, and sleep at the same times. These habits make our home calm and happy.
