Stand in a circle on the grass. Face the center. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides. Listen to your coach's instructions before you move. Do not kick the ball yet. Wait for the signal.

Warm up first. Jog slowly around the circle twice. Lift your knees a little higher on the second lap. Do not sprint. This is just a warm-up. Keep your breathing steady. Stop when the coach blows the whistle.

Partner up with the person next to you. Stand about five meters apart. Face each other. Pass the ball with the inside of your foot. Do not use the toe. Aim for your partner's feet. Watch the ball as you pass it. Keep your body slightly forward.

Receive the ball with the sole of your foot. Stop it first before you pass it back. Do not kick it back immediately. Control it and then pass. Practice this ten times with each foot. Switch feet after every five passes. Keep your eyes on the ball, not on the grass.

Form two lines facing the goal. Wait for your turn. Walk to the ball when the coach signals your name. Do not run before your turn. Stand behind the line. Watch the players in front of you. Learn from their technique.

When it is your turn, approach the ball from a slight angle. Take one last step with your non-kicking foot. Place it beside the ball. Swing your kicking foot. Follow through after the kick. Do not stop your leg at the ball.

Run back to your line after your kick. Do not stop near the goal to watch the ball. Move quickly. Make space for the next player. Encourage your teammates. Shout their name when they do well. Do not criticize anyone.

Practice heading next. Toss the ball gently to a partner. Watch the ball as it comes toward you. Do not close your eyes. Meet the ball with your forehead. Do not use the top of your head. Push forward with your neck.

Cool down at the end of practice. Walk around the field once. Do not sit down immediately after running. Keep moving for three minutes. Stretch your legs and your back. Hold each stretch for fifteen seconds. Do not bounce.

Drink water after practice. Eat something small if you feel hungry. Change your shoes and clean your boots with a brush. Do not leave your equipment on the pitch. Put your bag on your shoulder and go home with a good feeling.
