There are three shelves on the wall above my desk. My favorite books are on the top shelf. My art supplies are in a box on the middle shelf. My old toys are in a big bag on the bottom shelf. I keep my dictionary on the shelf next to the window.
My wardrobe is at the far corner of the room. My clothes hang inside it. I keep my shoes in a row at the bottom of the wardrobe. There is a small mirror on the door of the wardrobe. I look in it every morning before school.
My guitar is at the wall near the window. I practice in my room in the evenings. The music stand is in front of the window. My music book is on the stand when I play.
There is a small rug on the floor in the center of the room. My chair stands at the desk. I sit in my chair to do homework. I sometimes sit on the rug when I read on weekend afternoons.
A poster hangs on the wall above the shelves. It shows a map of the world. I look at it often and think about places I want to visit. It is my favorite decoration in the room.
I keep a small plant on the windowsill. It grows in a round green pot. I water it every Sunday morning. It looks bright and fresh at the window in the morning sun.
At the end of the day, I put everything back in its place. I leave my shoes at the door. I put my bag at the foot of the desk. I turn the lamp off and get comfortable in my bed. My room is small, but I feel completely at home in it.
