On Monday the owner replied with friendly approval and offered free tea during our visit on Wednesday at four. Omar said he will bring a notebook and a voice recorder if she will allow short recordings. Jonas said he will take photos of the menu board for our slide deck.
Before the visit we practiced polite introductions in class. The teacher said good teams will listen more than they will speak during first meetings with clients. Mei said she will lead the opening questions and I said I will note answers in a table on my laptop.
At the café the owner explained that student traffic will grow if the shop will stay open until eight on weekdays. She said a loyalty card will help, and social posts will reach more people if photos will show daily specials clearly. Omar asked if live music will attract crowds on Friday nights, and she said local bands will interest young guests if events will start early enough.
After the visit Jonas said we will meet online on Thursday to compare notes. Mei said she will update the survey link and send it to classmates by Friday morning. I said I will write a one-page summary for the teacher before the weekend begins.
In week two responses arrived slowly at first, then faster after Mei posted reminders in the student forum. Omar said the data will look stronger if we will reach at least forty answers. Jonas said he will build charts when raw numbers will export from the survey site.
By week three our slides took shape with photos, quotes, and simple recommendations. The teacher said strong presentations will propose realistic steps the café will use within one month.
