Sara said she has to clean her room because guests will visit on Saturday. She must not leave clothes on the floor when her aunt arrives. Her mom said she should vacuum the carpet and open the window for fresh air.
I told Sara I have to walk our dog twice on Saturday. I must feed him before eight in the morning. Dad said I should check his water bowl during the day because the weather will feel warm.
Sara asked if I can help her carry boxes to the garage. I said I should be free after lunch if I finish my essay first. She said we must not block the driveway when we stack the old books for donation.
We discussed the community clean-up on Sunday. Sara said volunteers must wear gloves and closed shoes near the river path. The organizer wrote that we should arrive at nine and sign the volunteer sheet.
I mentioned my part-time shift at the café. I have to work from two until six, so I must leave home early. Sara said I should take the bus because parking near the station costs too much on weekends.
Sara laughed and said her brother must practice guitar for a school concert. He should not play loudly before her aunt comes. She has to study for a maths test on Monday morning, so she must plan quiet hours on Sunday night.
Before we ended the call, we agreed to meet for a short walk on Monday. Sara said we should celebrate when our duties are done. I said good friends must help each other when weekends feel busy.
We hung up and wrote small lists on paper. Sara must finish chores before guests arrive. I have to balance work, the dog, and homework. With clear plans, Sunday should feel calmer for both of us.
