Practica must, should y have to en carta escolar formal. Fase varied.
I am Mr Davies, your science teacher. Our annual science fair will take place on Friday, 6 June, in the school hall. Please read this letter carefully because it explains what every participant must do before the event.
Each group must choose a topic and submit a title form by next Monday. You should start experiments early so results are ready on time. Late projects must not appear on the display tables without my approval.
On the day of the fair, students have to set up boards between eight and nine in the morning. You must bring your logbook, charts, and any safe models we discussed in class. Parents should arrive after three when public viewing begins.
Safety rules are important for everyone. You must not bring chemicals from home without written permission. Electrical devices should use batteries unless I check them first. Teams have to clean their area before they leave the hall.
During judging, presenters must stand near their boards and answer questions calmly. You should speak clearly and point to evidence on your charts. Judges have to compare projects using the rubric we practiced in April.
Families can help, but students must do the main research themselves. Parents should support transport for materials and encourage good time management. Helpers must not write the report for the child.
After the fair, winning groups should prepare a short talk for the assembly. All participants have to collect posters and models by five thirty. We must leave the hall tidy for the evening concert crew.
If you have questions, email me or speak after class. Good preparation should make the fair enjoyable and fair for every team. I look forward to seeing your creative work on the boards.
Kind regards,
Mr Davies
