Interviewer: How many new books did the library receive this term?
Librarian: We received many titles, especially some novels for teens. We also bought some science books, but not much budget remained for art books.
Interviewer: Do students borrow any e-books from the app?
Librarian: Some students use e-books, but many still prefer paper copies. We added some audiobooks too because some commuters listen on the bus.
Interviewer: Are there any quiet rooms free after school?
Librarian: We have some study rooms, yet not many stay empty after three o'clock. If you book some time online, you usually find any free slot before four.
Interviewer: I heard some parents volunteer here. Is that true?
Librarian: Yes, some parents help us sort donations. Last month they brought many boxes of used books. We kept some copies and sold any duplicates at a small sale.
Interviewer: Does the library host any events for beginners in English?
Librarian: We run some reading circles on Fridays. Many learners join because they can ask any word question without feeling shy. We serve some tea and not much noise during those hours.
Interviewer: What if a student loses any book?
Librarian: They should tell us quickly. Sometimes we find some books on shelves in the wrong section. We do not charge much money for small delays, but we ask for some care with borrowed items.
Interviewer: Are there any computers with translation tools?
Librarian: We installed some programs on six computers. Many students use them for homework. We do not allow any long videos because that takes much bandwidth from others.
Interviewer: Can clubs reserve any space for meetings?
Librarian: Clubs can book some tables near the window. They must leave some areas clear for readers. We saw many chess clubs meet here on Tuesdays.
Interviewer: Do you need any donations from the community?
Librarian: We welcome some donations of clean books. We cannot take any damaged copies with missing pages. Some donors also give money, and that helps us buy many new reference books.
