Before leaving I visited a booth about first aid. The trainer said every home should have some bandages and any basic guide near the kitchen. He showed how pressure stops bleeding faster than panic alone.
On the bus home I read some leaflets again. The fair did not sell much equipment, yet it gave more confidence than any advertisement on a screen. I will sleep earlier this week, and I must call the optician tomorrow to confirm the appointment.
Community events like this remind me that health is more than products on a shelf. Some advice, some friendly experts, and some time to listen can change a week more than any expensive gadget.
