On Monday I have maths at eight thirty and English at ten. On Tuesday I start at nine because our teacher is at a meeting in the morning. On Wednesday we finish early at two in the afternoon.
At noon I eat lunch in the cafeteria with my friends. We sit near the window at twelve fifteen and talk until twelve forty-five. On Fridays we sometimes meet at one outside the library.
In the evening I do homework at the kitchen table. I usually begin at five and finish at six thirty. On school nights I go to bed at nine thirty, but on Saturday I stay up until ten at night.
On Sunday morning my family eats together at nine. Dad cooks eggs at the stove while Mom reads messages on her phone at the table. In winter we eat inside, but in summer we sit at the garden table at ten.
At the weekend I play football on Saturday at four in the park. My team trains on Sunday at eleven near the river. Coach Mark arrives at ten forty-five and we warm up at eleven sharp.
In January school starts again after holiday break at eight. In February we have exams on the first week and free days on the last Friday. In March the days grow longer and we play outside at four after class.
On my birthday in April my friends come at six in the evening. We eat cake at seven and open presents at eight. Last year the party ended at ten at night when parents arrived at the door.
At Christmas we visit grandparents on December twenty-fourth. We open small gifts at midnight on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day we eat a big lunch at one in the afternoon.
At Easter in spring we paint eggs on Saturday morning at home. On Easter Monday we walk in the hills at ten and picnic at twelve near a lake. In April the weather is often warm at midday.
At present I am busy with exams in May. I study at the desk in my room at six every evening. On exam days I arrive at school at seven forty-five and wait at the gate with classmates.
My timetable shows every lesson on each day of the week. At three thirty on Thursday I have music in room four. In the autumn term we change rooms at the start of October on the first Monday.
Time words help me plan each day from morning at home to night at bed. At eight at night I set clothes for tomorrow on the chair in my room. In the morning the cycle starts again at six thirty when the alarm rings once more.
