Thank you for your message yesterday at five. I read it at home in the evening after dinner at eight. Can we meet on Thursday at three in the small room on the second floor?
I am free at two on Wednesday if that day works better for you. On Friday I have training at nine in the morning until twelve, so the afternoon at four could also work. In the next two weeks my schedule changes because I travel on the tenth for two days.
Our team usually holds reviews on the last Monday of each month at ten. Last review happened on March twenty-fifth at eleven with good results. In April we may move the time to two because several people work at the client site at midday.
Please confirm by Tuesday at noon so I can book the room at reception. If you prefer a call, I am at my desk at one on Monday and at three on Thursday. In the morning on those days I am often in meetings at eight and at nine thirty.
The project deadline is on the thirtieth, so we should agree on tasks at this meeting. I can prepare numbers at home on Wednesday night and send them at eight on Thursday morning. On the day of the meeting I will arrive at two forty-five with printed notes.
Sorry for the long email. Time planning is difficult in busy weeks at the office. In May we hope for a quieter period after the launch at the start of the month.

Thursday at three is fine. I will be there at two fifty with the draft report. On Wednesday I cannot meet at two because I visit the warehouse at one. In the afternoon on Wednesday I am free at four if you need a quick call.
