Subject : Friday concert — quick decision needed ! Hi Jess , Thanks for messaging yesterday about the band at the Riverside Hall . I checked the website at lunch and saw only two rows of seats will remain if we will not book before six tonight . The poster says doors will open at seven and support act will start at seven forty - five . Main set will begin near nine if the schedule will run on time . You asked if we will need jackets , and the forecast says rain will stop by afternoon but air will feel cool near the river . I looked at prices for standing tickets and seated blocks on the side . Standing will cost less , but seated places will give a clearer view if the crowd will grow loud near the stage . I think we will hear better from row six if speakers will point toward the centre . On the phone you said you will finish work at five thirty near the hall . I said I will leave the library early and meet you at the ticket office at six . If the queue will stretch outside , I will hold a place while you will change shoes in the café next door . About transport : trams will run every eight minutes after rush hour , but the last return service will leave at midnight . If the encore will run long , we will walk fifteen minutes to the night bus stop on King Street . You said you will download the timetable app before Friday . Food plans are still open . The venue page says snack bars will sell pizza slices and soft drinks , but lines will grow fast before the headliner . I said I will eat a light meal at home and bring a cereal bar in case hunger will return during the break . You asked whether Mer will join us . I texted her and she said she will come if she will finish her shift at the clinic by four . She will buy her own ticket online if we will send the seat map link before five . I said the link will expire when the system will close sales at six . If Mer will not arrive on time , we will choose two seats together and leave a message on the group chat with row numbers . You said you will pay me back on Saturday when we will meet for coffee . I said that will work because my card will handle both purchases tonight if prices will stay under budget . Let me know before four if you will prefer standing after all . I will refresh the page at five forty - five and click buy as soon as you will confirm . The band will play new songs from their spring album , and reviews say the light show will surprise people who will expect a simple acoustic set . See you Friday if tickets will still wait for us . Cheers , Paul
