From : Daniel Reed To : Maria Santos Subject : Report draft and meeting notes Hi Maria , I hope your week is going well . I am writing because our manager asked me to collect the draft report before the client call on Monday morning . Could you send it to me by Friday at five ? If the file is large , you can upload it to the shared folder and email me the link . I also need the meeting notes from last Tuesday . Tom said he gave them to you after the session because you offered to type them up . Please attach them or tell me where you saved them on the drive . If anything is missing from my section , let me know and I will fix it tonight . Priya offered to review the budget tables for us , so you can send her those pages directly if that saves you time . She asked me to remind you that she finishes work early on Fridays . Our manager wants us to keep the tone friendly but clear for the client . She told me to shorten the introduction and asked Tom to check the conclusion . I will handle the design layout once I receive your draft . Thank you for your help this month . The project moved faster because you organized the files so well . If you need me to cover your desk phone on Friday afternoon while you finish the report , just call me or send a quick message . Best regards , Daniel From : Maria Santos To : Daniel Reed Subject : Re : Report draft and meeting notes Hi Daniel , Thanks for your email . I will send you the full draft by four thirty on Friday , probably earlier . I am reviewing the last charts now and will upload everything to the shared folder you created last week . The meeting notes are ready . I saved them in the folder called April Client Meetings and will email you the exact path after lunch . Tom already checked the names section and told me he would inform the manager when we submit the final version . Priya asked me to send her the budget tables tonight , so I will copy her on the message when the files are ready . She also asked us to label each chart clearly because the client team requested simple titles . If the manager needs a printed copy , tell me and I will bring one to her office on Monday before the call . I can also meet you at the café near the station on Friday morning if you want to discuss the introduction in person . See you soon , Maria From : Daniel Reed To : Maria Santos Subject : Re : Report draft and meeting notes Hi Maria , That sounds perfect . I will tell the manager you are on track for Friday . I will also let Priya know you will copy her tonight so she can review the tables before the weekend . See you at the café if your schedule allows . If not , your email with the folder link will be enough for me .
