If the team had not communicated openly, the week could have become chaotic. Instead, tasks were divided sensibly, and help was offered when someone fell behind. I learned that pressure is easier to manage when expectations are stated clearly at the start.
Looking back, I see how present and past passives appeared naturally in our conversations. Work was done, messages were sent, and problems were solved step by step. Next month might be quieter, but I feel ready because useful habits were reinforced during those five intense days.
