Present: twelve owners; apologies were sent by four members
The chair opened at seven. Minutes from October were approved and were signed by the secretary. If corrections might be needed, emails could be sent within forty-eight hours.
Treasurer's report
Funds were collected for roof repairs, and invoices were checked by an external accountant. If payments might delay, interest could accrue. Residents were advised that reserves might cover emergencies.
Maintenance update
Elevators were serviced last week, and filters were replaced in the ventilation system. The manager said contractors might return if noise might continue. Tenants reported that sleep could improve once work might finish.
Policy discussion
Pets might be allowed on the ground floor if owners might register animals. A tenant said her dog had been approved in a previous building, and she asked whether rules could be harmonised.
Security
Cameras were installed near the garage, and footage is stored for thirty days. If incidents might occur, clips may be shared with police. Keys were reissued to new residents, and old copies were destroyed.
Communication
Newsletters are emailed monthly, and printed copies are delivered to flats where residents might prefer paper. Could owners might update contact details online?
