I am submitting this formal complaint to your customer relations department regarding the severe mishandling of urgent consignment reference GB - 99482 , which contained calibrated diagnostic sensors for our regional veterinary clinic . According to your premium dispatch agreement , this temperature - sensitive medical package should have been delivered to our surgery by ten in the morning on September 12th . Instead , the consignment was unaccountably delayed at your regional sorting hub , causing severe logistical disruption to our surgical schedules . When our practice manager tracked the parcel online , conflicting tracking updates were displayed by your automated portal . It was claimed that delivery had been attempted at our facility , yet our reception desk was staffed continuously throughout the entire working day . If access had truly been obstructed , our emergency telephone number should have been dialed immediately by your courier driver . Furthermore , specialized thermal packaging was clearly marked on the exterior carton , indicating that safe refrigeration should have been maintained during transit . Because of this unexcused delivery failure , three urgent surgical consultations had to be postponed , causing unnecessary distress to our patients and their owners . When an inquiry was logged with your telephone helpline , no coherent explanation was provided by your customer service representatives . Essential service commitments were ignored by your logistics coordinators , and our clinical team was left in administrative limbo for over thirty - six hours . Such reckless unprofessionalism cannot be overlooked by commercial clients who pay substantial courier premiums . Reliable logistics partnerships depend fundamentally upon mutual accountability and transparent communication during operational crises . In light of these inexcusable failures , a full reimbursement of priority shipping fees must be refunded immediately to our corporate account . Additionally , formal written assurances must be provided by your depot manager detailing the preventative measures being implemented to safeguard future fragile shipments . We expect this matter to be resolved satisfactorily within five business days . Have you ever experienced serious complications when an important delivery was delayed or mishandled by a courier service ? When commercial service providers fail to honor clear contractual promises , what formal steps do you believe should be taken by affected consumers ?
