Clara's brother, James, also works at the cafe. But he does not make coffee or bake pies. James is a professional chef, so he prepares healthy lunches. He makes delicious vegetable soups and fresh green salads.
James does not use any frozen ingredients because he prefers organic food. Local farmers always bring him fresh eggs, potatoes, and tomatoes every morning.
In the afternoon, the cafe is very quiet. Children do not visit because they are at school, and adults work in their offices. During this time, Clara cleans the counter and James orders ingredients for the next day.
A group of local musicians sometimes visits the cafe on Thursday evenings. They play soft acoustic music in the corner. Is the cafe crowded on these nights? Yes, many villagers come to listen and drink warm herbal tea.
