On the left side there is a flower stall. There are big bright sunflowers and there are small pink roses. There are plant pots for the garden too. There is always a wonderful smell near that corner.
At the far end there is a small food truck. There are hot sausages and there is a pot of warm vegetable soup. There are a few wooden seats nearby. There isn''t a cover over the seats, so we sit only when it is dry. Today the sun is out, so we sit and enjoy our soup.
Before we leave, my mother finds a stall with homemade cakes. There are lemon cakes and there are chocolate brownies. There is one slice of apple pie left. She buys it for me.
There is always something new at the market and there are always friendly people to talk to.
